Ringing the new year and spending Christmas in Asia without family, really took a hit on me. Therefore, sometimes you just need to buy a ticket to fly home in the middle of January and surprise your parents. Best way to recharge my energy for this 2023. Nothing truly compares to being home.
Summer 2022 was definitely one for the books. Nothing like counting down the days for the holidays and to reunite with my #1 peeps. America was HOTTTT but definitely worth the road trip.

And walking closer to the ocean, I can almost see my little island that I call home
This picture brings me a sense of calmness. Sometimes when life is getting too overwhelming, it is important to go outside and take a deep breath. I think to myself, trees have been longer than some buildings, the wisest of them all to have experience the changes and still stand strong.
